• 提升和激励团队士气以实现更好的绩效，并在团队成员违反公司规定时进行训诫。
• 定期检查团队成员的工作时间登记、开始/结束时间，批准病假单和假期申请，并进行公平的季度奖金评估。
• 与其他主管和部门领导沟通，确保生产流程顺畅高效。
• 对完成的装配和焊接工作进行目视检查，并确保工作区域清洁。
• 定期向钢结构经理和高级主管汇报生产进度。
• 执行上级分配的其他任务。

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and train fitting and welding foremen and workers to achieve a safe, efficient and high quality standard of work
• Report to dept. manager and/or production manager about all irregularities
• Perform tasks in accordance with QESH company policy and in accordance with your superior’s order
• As a Team Leader, play a role as a good safety sample; Responsible to instruct team to take pro-actively measures of safety in daily operation; Monitor the compliance discipline within group scope, take quick actions to any reported/observed safety hazards; Feedback to HSE and immediately Supervisor on hazards or improvements programme.
• Implement relevant national safety laws and regulations,  company safety rules and regulations, formulate and improve workshop safety management system;
• Take responsible for the safety management, supervision and inspection of the workshop led by the dept. head.

• 贯彻执行国家相关安全法律法规、公司安全规章制度，制定和完善车间安全管理制度。
• 负责车间安全管理、监督和检查工作，由部门负责人领导。

Requirements

·        Education:      Middle school or above and proven experience

·        Experience:    At least five years of experience in a similar position. Well skilled in reading technical drawings

·        Language:      English as working language in both reading and writing;

·        Computer:      Basic knowledge of Microsoft office; ERP experience is a prerequisite

·        Others:          Strong personality and supervisory skill, with advanced abilities to manage people, team player, principled, responsible.

Familiar with the company's rules and regulations, safety production processes and operating procedures.
