Tasks:

Progress and Quality: Monitoring and adding to the quality of goods and services within the project in accordance with project requirements. 1. Participating in project meetings and （contributing to） preparing reports on the progress of projects. 2. Prompt itemisation and ensuring that specifications arrive at the appropriate departments. 3. Delivery of relevant particulars （hours, delivery times, progress, etc.） to guarantee proper project planning and providing feedback where applicable with regard to planning and budget. 4. Ensuring that designs meet the relevant requirements （e.g. customer requirements, feasibility, and functionality, economy of scale, maintainability and safety）. 5. Organising project activities and completion of the project within the department 6. Ensuring that Engineering output conforms to the Huisman quality requirements by preparing reviews, among other things 7. Completion of project in accordance with requirements. 

Engineering 

Itemisation and recording of designs on the basis of MDM （multi-disciplinary meeting）, contract specifications and engineering standards 

1. Initiating and/or participating in a MDM and actively contributing to discussions at the meeting in order to achieve the design. 2. Preparing a design 3. Engineering output with respect to the checking of manuals （or contributing thereto）. 4. Submitting designs for approval to management. 5. Supervising and advising CAD Engineers in detail design. 6. Drawing up, completion and delivery of specifications, diagrams, drawings, calculations, and software for the relevant departments. 7. Research and testing.

Drafting of design 

Execution 

Assisting the commissioning and testing process in accordance with the relevant procedures and quality control standards 

1. Assisting the Commissioning Department in the preparation of test plans, commissioning and testing. Where called upon, assisting in or implementing the company’s quality controls and recording this process 

2. Dealing with queries from other Huisman departments. 

3. Prompt and appropriate production as well as facilitating the monitoring of same. 

Knowledge Management 

Discussing projects with management and colleagues in accordance with the internal procedures 1. In the event of deviations （from contract, Huisman standards）, reporting to and advising management. 2. Consultations in regard to content and progress of design. 3. Transfer of knowledge to other engineers Assisting other Huisman departments with problems that arise during usage of the product. 4. Contributing to transfer of know-how and ensuring there is an efficient cooperation 

Requirements 

Education: Bachelor / Master Degree in electrical engineering 

Experience: Approximately 3-7 years’ experience 

Language: Able to communicate fluently （oral and in writing） in Mandarin and preferably in English.

Computer: User level Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, E-plan is a pref. 

Others: Practical approach, Flexible work ethics, Eager to learn, Helicopter view, Capable of working on own initiative
