Task

• Manage the material testing lab, delivering a highly qualified testing service system.
• Develop and maintain quality management system in the test center, including all relevant documents;
• Develop and maintain the equipment, environment, and other resources to ensure sufficient support for testing
• Provide a highly qualified testing service to production and other departments; deliver test results and reports in time;
• Answer the material queries of colleges and customers.
• Improve teamwork and collaboration with other functional organizations in the company;

Responsibilities

• Operation of the test center
• Maintain and develop the quality management system (ISO/CNAS 17025) in the test center; 

Requirements

• Education:      Bachelor degree, major in material science
• Experience:    ≥ 3 years of relevant experience in laboratory or testing
• Language:      Able to communicate (written and verbally) in English fluently
• Computer:      Good at Microsoft office and, if applicable, testing software
• Others:           Good communication, management and organization ability. Excellent knowledge about steel materials’ testing. Familiar with Chinese and international QA/QC firms and societies including their requirement on material testing
