亲爱的同事们，

It’s my honor to introduce our new colleague Mr. Qiang Li  to all of you!

我很荣幸地向大家介绍我们的新同事李强先生! 

Mr. Qiang Li serves as Junior Safety Officer and directly reports to Safety Supervisor Mr. Anderson Song.

李强先生将任初级安全员一职，向安全主管宋海先生汇报工作。 

Mr. Qiang Li’ main responsibilities are following:

• Set up and implement a safety management system in company;

• Work with the operations team to ensure that the safety rules are implemented;

• Conduct safety training with support of HR;

• Conduct regular health and safety inspections to workshop areas, ensure any risk or non-compliance is reported to management;

• Investigate accidents/incidents, and ensure that management receives reported about root cause and necessary action taken;

• Ensure that safety rules are in compliance with local law/ regulation rules;

• Verify scaffold according to company standard in workshop;

• Implement work permit system for subcontractor in company;

• Serve as Emergency Response primary contact;

李强先生的主要工作职责包括：

• 在公司内建立并实施安全管理体系;

• 与运营团队合作，确保安全规则得到实施;

• 在人力资源部的支持下进行安全培训;

• 定期对车间区域进行健康和安全检查，确保向管理层报告任何风险或违规行为;

• 调查事故/事件，并确保管理层收到有关根本原因和采取的必要行动的报告;

• 确保安全规则符合当地法律及法规;

• 在车间按照公司标准检查脚手架;

• 对公司内的外包商实行工作许可制度;

• 担任应急响应的主要联系人； 

Mr. Qiang Li graduated from ZhangZhou Institute of Technology with the major of  Applied Chemical Technology. He has more than 3 years safety working experiences. Prior to Huisman China, he worked as Safety Supervisor at  Ronshine Service Group Zhangzhou Branch . 

李强先生毕业于漳州职业技术学院应用化工技术专业。他拥有3年多安全相关工作经验。在加入豪氏威马之前，他在融信物业服务集团漳州分公司任安全主管一职。
