It’s my honor to introduce our new colleague Mr. Ethan Liao to all of you!

我很荣幸地向大家介绍我们的新同事廖贤武先生! 

Ethan starts from Feb 5, 2025 and serves as Junior Quayside Engineer, reporting to Quayside Supervisor, Ms. Yoki Wang.

廖贤武先生于2025年2月5日正式加入我司，任初级码头工程师，向码头主管王羽茜女士汇报工作。 

Ethan’s main responsibilities are following: Assist and connect the execution of quayside plans, including vessel's berthing and departure, quayside layout and quayside resource utilization, in cooperation with Skyhook operations and IC&T activities; Prepare and achieve all kinds of quayside management related documents and permits in compliance with authorities’ regulations; Prepare documents for the application of all related certificates and qualifications for quayside operations, and keep them up to date; Assist monitoring the process of installation and lifting activities, cargo transportation and marine services within quayside to ensure the activities in compliance with authorities’ supervision requirements; Assist other quayside managements regarding to quayside storage, safety, facility and housekeeping. Execute other tasks assigned by quayside Supervisor.

廖贤武先生的主要工作职责包括：协助和对接码头计划的完成情况，包括船舶靠离、码头布局、码头资源利用、擎天吊作业配合和安装调试协作等工作的执行；准备并取得码头管理相关符合主管单位规定的文件和许可；准备码头运营相关证书及资质许可申请文件并及时更新；协助监督码头安装和吊装活动、货物运转和船舶服务行为，使其符合主管单位监管要求；协助处理码头管理相关的其他工作包括码头存储、安全、设施设备、整洁度等；以及执行码头主管分配的其他工作。 

Ethan graduated from JiMei University with a major of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. He has more than 1 year working experience.

廖贤武先生毕业于集美大学，并取得船舶与海洋工程学位，拥有一年的相关工作经验。
