In the Netherlands, on the 31th of December, the Dutch prepare the traditional local dessert Oliebollen (oil balls) as a way to farewell to the old year and say hello to the new year. The oil balls are mixed with raisins, apples, lemons, cream, etc. The outer surface is golden and crispy, while the inner part is soft and dense. The sweet icing on the surface brings warmth and a sweet aroma to the long winter.

在荷兰，每年的12月31号，荷兰人就会准备当地传统甜点Oliebollen（油球）做为辞旧迎新的食物，油球加入葡萄干、苹果、柠檬、奶油等，外表金黄酥脆，内部柔软绵密，加上表面清甜的糖霜，给漫长冬天带来了温度和香甜气息。

 Please collect oil balls from the ground floor of main office building on December 31, 2024, from 15:00 pm to 16:30 pm, on a team basis.
