The changes over Stationery Application Method文具申领方式改变

大家好:


In order to develop the modern office work, our company decides to make below adjustments to the way of office supplies distribution starting from Jan 1, 2025:

为了适应现代化办公,公司决定自2025年1月1日起,对办公用品的领用方式进行如下调整:


1. Office supplies with high turnover rates can be collected at any time by employees themselves through facial recognition systems by using Smart Stationery CabinetsThe stationery cabinet list is attached in Attachment 1. Office staff please come to the first floor of main office building on Dec27, 2024 (Friday) according to the following schedule, for recording your facial information.

高流转率的办公用品使用文具智能柜,由员工本人通过人脸识别,随时自行领取, 文具柜清单参见附件1。请办公室人员根据如下时间安排表,于 2024年12月27日(周五)到一楼录入人脸信息: 


2. Office supplies with low turnover rates are collected by monthly in the name of each Department , temporary requisition will no longer be available on Tuesdays. The stationery warehouse list is attached in Attachment 2.

低流转率的办公用品以部门为单位按月领取,每周二不再开放文具仓临时领用。文具仓清单参见附件2。

Before Jan 1, 2025

2025年1月1日前

After Jan 1, 2025

2025年1月1日后

Application: At the end of the month, the reception sends the notification to the dept's stationery representative →Stationery requester fills in the requirements →The dept's stationery representative summarizes the dept's requirements →The stationery representative sends the request forms to the receptionist, copying the manager .

申请方式:前台月底发送邮件通知至部门文具代表→文具需求人填写需求→部门文具代表汇总部门→部门文具代表将需求单发送至前台处,抄送经理。

Application: The stationery representative obtain the

 Stationery Warehouse Application Form from the link below→

Submit your department's stationery list to the receptionist

by the 20th of each month.(or the next working day if the 20th

 is a non-working day).No need to copy the dept. heads.

申请方式:文具代表从以下链接获取<文具仓用品申请表> →

在20号(非工作日可顺延)发送部门文具清单至前台处

(无需抄送经理)。

Distribution:

The receptionist email notifies the stationery representatives of each department of the collection time the stationery representatives print the stationery application form, and the department managers sign it bring the stationery list to the stationery room to collect.

发放:前台邮件通知各部门文具代表领取时间→文具代表打印文具申领单,各部门经理签字→持文具清单,到文具室领取。

DistributionThe stationery representative collects stationery from the stationery warehouse based on the meeting invitation time sent by the receptionist.

发放:文具代表根据前台发送的会议邀请时间到文具仓领取

Attention:

注意事项:

·        The trial site for stationery cabinets is currently only located on the first floor of the main office building. The quayside and workshop will be considered to add stationery cabinets based on operational conditions.

文具柜试行点目前只设置在主办公楼一楼,码头和车间将视运行情况,逐步考虑是否增加文具柜。


·        The smart cabinets are precisely set. Please follow the instructions for operation. Avoid violent opening and closing of doors or moving the cabinet body.

智能柜设定精密,请按照指引操作,请勿暴力开关门,请勿移动柜体。

环保倡议


Global environmental protection requires each of us to start with small things around us. We encourage employees to cherish office supplies and actively practice the concept of green office.

全球的环境保护,需要我们每个成员从身边的小事做起。我们鼓励员工珍惜办公用品,积极实践绿色办公理念。

·        Dept. managers strictly control the usage of paper cups. Paper cups are only suitable for customer service. Employees should use personal water cups.

各部门经理严控纸杯的用量,纸杯只适用于客户招待。员工应使用个人的水杯。

·        Reduce printing demand, try double-sided printing or reuse paper as much as possible.

降低打印需求,尽可能双面打印或是重复利用纸张。

·        Cherish stationery, whether it is plastic or paper products, try your best to extend their service life to contribute to environmental protection together.

爱惜所有的文具,无论是塑料制品还是纸质用品,请尽量延长其使用寿命,共同为环保贡献一份力量。
