Invitation to AGM and Annual Party 关于员工大会和春节晚会的邀请函

Dear All,

We are going to have two important events respectively on Jan 16 and Jan 17, 2025.

2025116日及17日有两项全员参与的重大活动,分别是:

 

         Jan 16      15:00–16:45      Annual Meeting

        1月16日   15:00–16:45      员工大会

 

         Jan 17      17:00–21:20      2025 Huisman Chinese New Year Party

        117   17:00–21:20      2025年豪氏威马春节晚会

 

We herewith inform you of the tips and notes as below:

为了该两项活动的顺利举行,现将有关的注意事项通知如下:

 

1. Before the events

活动开始前的各部门注意事项

 

  1. To ensure a proper arrangement of seats, the representative of each department/group shall go to HRO to draw lots on Jan 03, everyone except actors/actress will sit in accordance with the lottery order, the employees from the same department will be arranged to sit together.

    为便于合理安排座位,各部门/班组代表请于1月3日到人力资源&办公室部进行抽签,除了演员之外的人员将按照抽签顺序排桌,并尽可能将同部门同事安排在一起。

     

  2. In case of anyone in your department/group is unable to attend the CNY party, please provide the absentees list (incl. name, employee ID number) to HRO Aria Gao on and before Jan 03. If you have guest(s) to attend the party, please also provide Aria Gao with related information (company name, visitors’ name, job titles, participation date etc.).

    各部门/班组请于1月3日下班前向人力资源&办公室部高寒提交2025年1月17日不在岗员工的名单(姓名、工号)。如有客户需参加活动,也请向高寒提供有关信息(单位名称、访客姓名、职位、参加哪天的活动等)

     

  3. Annual Meeting will be held at 15:00 on Jan 16, please be seated before 14:45.

    员工大会于1月16日15:00开始,请大家于14:45准时入座。

  4. Please fill in hours spent on Jan 16 Annual General Meeting and Jan 17 New Year Party in project number A24-26137 (persons who are not party related staff or volunteers are not allowed to fill the OT in this number), project name: 2025 AGM and Annual Party.

    请将花在1月16日员工大会,以及1月17日春节晚会上的相关时间登记在项目号A24-26137上(非工作人员不能填写该项目号的加班时间),项目名称:2025 AGM and Annual Party

 

2. On the date of the CNY party (Jan 17)

春晚当天(117日)的注意事项

 

  1. We set Wechat sign-in and draw program, the sign-in QR-code will be printed in the list of table arrangement (placed on the table), only the employees who sign-in can attend draw program.

    今年特设微信签到和电子抽奖环节,签到二维码届时会打印在排桌表上(放置在桌上),只有签到成功才能参与抽奖环节。

  2. Please come to workshop #15 after work but before 17:15.

    请于下午下班之后到15号车间,最迟入场时间为17:15。

  3. The party will begin at 17:20 and will end at about 21:20, total lasting around 4 hrs.

    精彩的晚会节目将于17:20分准时开始,预计21:20结束,全长4个小时。

     

  4. The dinner will begin at 17:30. The master chefs from Xiamen WeiYou Restaurant will cook on stie.

    晚餐于17:30开始,来自于厦门味友酒楼的大师将现场为您烹饪美味佳肴。

     

  5. There will be 5 raffle draws during the party. Any employee not on the site at the time will not be awarded the prize.

    晚宴期间将进行5次幸运大抽奖,中奖时若员工不在现场,视为弃奖。

     

  6. The party is an activity specially for employee, and for safety’s sake, please do not take any of your family members or any people from other units to the party, unless otherwise approved in advance.

    春晚是一场专门为员工而举办的活动,同时也出于安全考虑,请不要擅自把家属、小孩或者其他单位的人员带到现场来。

     

  7. Company driver will pick up the employees who live in Xiamen at the gate of workshop#15 after the party.

    晚会结束后,公司班车将在15号车间门口等候接送住厦员工。
